Ghost Train signups are officially open!
A few important changes to note this year:
1. The parks department is requiring KFCA to share a finalized vendor list no later than 30 days prior to the event. For this reason, the deadline for sign-ups is Monday September 25. Please be mindful of this deadline, as it is a new change for 2023 and we will not be able to accept late sign-ups if you do miss the deadline.
2. The cost for trick-or-treating booths has increased to $50 to support the costs associated with running this event. We consistently have over 2,000 people in the park on the night of the event so this is still a great deal to get your business or organization in front of potential customers and support Kitsap foster children at the same time.
3. New in 2023 we are offering a limited number of Featured Sponsor spots. For $100, your logo will be included on Ghost Train marketing materials. You can choose this option in the participant application if you would like to be a featured sponsor.
4. We get to have food trucks this year! Please pass on the information to any food truck vendors you know and ask them to email ghosttrain if they would like to participate. The cost will be $100 for food vendors.
5. For the event itself, tickets will be sold online soon. There will be some tickets available at the park on the day of the event.
