The Kitsap Foster Care Association is excited to offer a fun event at SkyZone. Not only will you be able to enjoy jumping, but the KFCA will provide pizza, snacks, and refreshments. To save yourself some time, please sign the waiver located in the top of section 2 and get to SkyZone starting at 6pm so you can get your jumping socks.

Please remember that we are staffed only by volunteers and we appreciate that you respect the time we spend to put together fun events for you. If you sign up and do not attend, you may not be able to sign up for future events.

Hello Supporters of Kitsap foster kids!
We hope we can count on your support again this year!Last year, we served 200 families by gifting them backpacks full of school supplies, gift cards for school expenses, fun family days and holiday gifts for the whole family (that’s our way of acknowledging the work the whole family does throughout the year). The work we do is only possible because of people like you!

If you are a Kitsap foster/kinship/relative caregiver with a child with an open dependency in your home, you may register for gifts for any child in your care at www.tinyurl.com/KFCAGifts We enjoy giving brand new gifts or gift cards to all the kids in your home as a way to acknowledge all the work done by everyone in your family throughout the year.

There is also a link on the attached flyer for an Amazon Wish list if are interested in donating gifts to KFCA.

Gift Pick up will be on Sat Dec 7th from 2:00-3:30pm at Bethany Lutheran Church in Port Orchard. Mark your calendars and don’t forget to pick up because we cannot guarantee that gifts will be available after this event. We put many hours into making this a fun and generous event for your family, so please show up to pick up what you register for. Please register for gifts by Nov 29th so that we have enough time to shop and sort!

We are having a picnic to celebrate Back to School! We will have snacks, food and drinks, so come and pick up your stuff and hang out with us a while!We will also have a group handing out sports equipment!

It’s time to start gearing up for our biggest fundraiser – and we’d love your help! Ghost Train will be on Oct 26th this year and we look forward to another year of sold out crowds and fun! We are looking for groups or businesses to set up trick or treat spots in the park ($50 fee) and groups to set up the scary scenes along the train tracks in the woods. Hi Caregivers! Please join us in a celebration to thank you for all you do for kids every day!We will gather at Miracle Ranch in Port Orchard on Wed May 15th from 6-8pm. Childcare and dinner will be provided for all. The staff at Miracle Ranch will have some fun activities for the kids while we relax! There will also be some amazing raffle prizes!

This event is open to all foster families even if you don’t have a current placement. We also welcome kinship caregivers, families with guardianship status, fictive kin….basically anyone raising kiddos who were not born to you! Come join us to we can connect and lean on each other to learn and laugh!
