- If you are requesting a scholarship, please indicate which costs you are requesting scholarship funding for on a separate piece of paper and enclose it with your registration form (Great Wolf Lodge room reservation, Night of 1000 Dreams Awards Banquet/Auction and/or Conference Fee).
- Scholarship requests and registration forms must be submitted by mail and sent by: November 11, 2011.
- Scholarship requests will be granted on a first come, first served basis.
- Limited scholarships available…. DON’T DELAY!!!!!
